iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Data Migration Specialist who wants to closely with wider iiPay Professional Services teams to deliver large multinational projects and help drive to our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.
All our roles can be performed remotely with occasional visits to the office as requested by your manager. Where we have office locations, our team members are welcome to work remotely, on a hybrid basis or fully office based as they wish.
This role is offered on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

The Data Migration Specialist role will work closely with the implementation team within iiPay to deliver data transition activity across key client projects. Our Data Migration Specialist will master all things data conversion, data loading and data analysis within our diverse project deliveries. You will need to be able to review and reconcile data using excel, enabling you to load the payroll information into iiPay’s various software solutions accurately and on time. You will design conversion processes to bring customer data contained within their reports into the iiPay templates, ready customer review and approval.

Key objectives of the role
- Efficiency– You will continually support the project team to complete data conversion and load activities as efficiently as possible and the highest levels of quality. You will work with your team constantly drive improvements into our tools and processes to aid in this objective.
- Payroll Process– You will constantly grow your global payroll knowledge to aid in your effectiveness at converting data from the customer datasets to the iiPay templates.
- System set-up– You will setup all required systems, using our data importing tools and directly on the iiPay platform.
- Data Validation– You will validate the client’s data to ensure accuracy and compliance with all converted data.
- Data Transformation – You will convert data contained within customer reports into the iiPay upload templates ready for customer review and approval.
What are we looking for in you?
- Demonstrate a proficiency in working with data, analysing, reconciling data using excel and converting data across a wide number of formats into XLS.
- Ability to demonstrable data coordination skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage time efficiently to deliver in a time pressured environment.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment, consistently being able to deliver on tasks to the highest standard while operating under strict deadlines.
- Highly motivated and driven professional individual with proven track record of delivering software configuration, on time with high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience of working within a regulated (ISAE 3402 / SSAE 16) service delivery environment desirable but not essential.
The successful applicant should have the desire to become a systems expert with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, and possess a keen attention to detail. They will be required to work in a demanding environment where balancing priorities with the team around them will be essential.
